Hello everybody! It's Teri. Today I have decided to share my favorite Rhubarb Pie recipe. Hope you can try it! Let me know how it turns out for you! Have a happy Memorial Day:)
Ingredients:
3 cups of chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
3 Tablespoons of flour
Directions:
Stir together the rhubarb filling. Dump in your unbaked crust and place a second crust over the top. Crimp the edges of the crust. Cut some steam slits in the top crust and sprinkle with white sugar. Bake for ten minutes at 425 degrees. Turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake an additional 35 minutes.........ENJOY!
I have a really good bottom crust recipe that doesn't need rolled out. If you would like it, let me know and I will post it.
